RETURNS

We accept returns for full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order.

All sale items are final with the exception to full priced items purchased with a promotion code.

Please Note: Returns only apply for full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise and are subject to our discretion for return eligibility upon inspection.

Please email us at Returns@amorenidra.com to obtain a return authorization number and shipping label.

Should you choose to forgo our return service, we are not able to reimburse your shipping costs.

We charge a fee of $10.00 for restocking and $15.00 for return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.Refunds for return transactions will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 2-3 weeks to process.

EXCHANGES 

We do not accept exchanges

If you are concerned an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email customerservice@amorenidra.com with your order number, description of the item and photos so we can better assist you.

United States Only. We do not currently ship internationally.

UPS Ground: $12.00 on orders less than $250, complimentary ground shipping on orders greater than $250

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST will ship the same business day. If order is placed after that time, your order will ship the following business day. For orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or National holidays, your order will ship the following business day. For UPS ground, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

Amore Nidra is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or upon delivery. 

Please Note: We strive to ensure your package arrives on time, but sometimes due to overwhelming volume, we may experience delays on delivery.
